CIRA offers secure e-mail to elected county officials and county employees in CIRA member counties using their correct domain names (co.[your county name].tx.us).
If your county is a member of CIRA and you would like to sign up for our secure e-mail, fill out the Online Email Application.

Please make sure you read our Secure E-mail Policy before sending in your application. This e-mail system is Internet-based so you will need access to an Internet connection. For assistance or information, please call CIRA Technical Support at 1-800-456-5974 ext. 3632, or by e-mail.
